My research focuses on the advertising agency, with emphasis on organizational creativity, environmental influences on creativity, and the underrepresentation of women in creative advertising. My work has been published in journals such as Creativity Research Journal, the International Journal of Advertising, and the Journal of Advertising Research. I hold a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, where I also earned my Master’s Degree and completed the Texas Creative portfolio program. I am happy to be back at LSU, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree (Geaux Tigers). I teach courses in advertising, including creativity in advertising and qualitative consumer research.
