How to Return Online Orders

  1. Email customerservice@kaseywindels.com & include your order number and list the item(s) you want to return for store credit. If you prefer to exchange, list the name and size of the item you'd like in exchange. We'll then send you a prepaid shipping label.
  2. Ship the item(s) back to us. As soon as we receive it, we will either send you store credit or the item you requested in exchange.
  • If the exchanged item costs more, you'll be charged the difference. If the exchanged item is less, you'll be given a store credit for the difference.
